Recently imported from England, this 8" globe has a gorgeous midcentury style. The graphics are sharp and clear. The globe features the newly independent countries of Africa which helps date the globe to the 1960's.

The terrestrial globe is in fine condition with only a few minor blemishes. There is a small crease off the coast of Kenya and two spots of paper loss in the gores. See pictures for details. 

The orb sits on a tiered black base and is surrounded by a metal half meridian. Both the meridian and the base are in perfect shape.

Stands 14" tall and measures 8" wide.
