I have two original Coca-Cola button (disc) signs for sale- 4' diameter and 2' diameter. As you can clearly see, both signs feature the classic glass Coke bottle and cursive font. The Coke button signs were first made in the late 1940s and these would have been produced in the early 1950's. 

The smaller sign is in immaculate condition while the larger sign does have a few nicks to the enamel as you can see in the photos. 

The signs are priced as a package for $1,500 but could be sold separately. Contact me for more details.
